xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, respectfully moves this Honorable Court, pursuant to for return of his passport. If this Court deems it necessary, a hearing on this motion is respectfully requested.

As grounds for this motion, Mr. xxxxxx states:

1. Mr. xxxxxx was sentenced by this Court to ten months imprisonment to be followed by a period of supervised release, which expired in March, 1995.

2. During his period of supervision Mr. xxxxxx's passport was retained by the Probation Department. Since that supervision is over he is seeking return of his passport.

WHEREFORE, for all the foregoing reasons, and for any other reasons this Court may deem just and proper, and which may appear in supplemental pleadings, which Mr. xxxxxx explicitly reserves the right to file, xxxx xxx xxxxxx, respectfully requests that this motion be granted and his passport be returned to him.
